The Prophet Hens are a jangle-pop melodic outfit from Dunedin, New Zealand. They have been performing since 2011 and enjoyed modest critical acclaim with their first album “Popular People Do Popular People” (2013, Fishrider Records). Their follow-up album “The Wonderful Shapes of Back Door Keys” is due for release July 2016 on Fishrider Records (NZ) and Occultation Records (UK, Europe).
